By downloading, installing, or using the ConcisePress application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ConcisePress provides a news reading service that processes and summarizes articles from various sources to deliver concise content to users. The App may include free features and premium features available through subscription.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features may be available through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as they become due. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

5. Content and Copyright

The App displays content from various third-party sources. This content is protected by copyright laws and is the property of its respective owners. ConcisePress does not claim ownership of this content but has permission to display summarized versions under fair use principles or through agreements with content providers.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
  • Use automated means to access or collect data from the App
  • Interfere with the proper working of the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CONCISEPRESS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
